Gemeinsam mit einer Kollegin habe ich das fiktive Start-up \u201eGrowCube\u201c entwickelt: Ein smarter Indoor-Gartenw\u00fcrfel aus Holz, der durch automatisierte Bew\u00e4sserung und App-Steuerung das G\u00e4rtnern im urbanen Raum revolutioniert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strategie &amp; Konzeption<\/strong><br>In diesem Teamprojekt haben wir den gesamten Lebenszyklus einer Markteinf\u00fchrung simuliert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Analyse &amp; Recherche:<\/strong> Definition der urbanen, nachhaltigkeitsbewussten Zielgruppe sowie eine fundierte Wettbewerbsanalyse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer Journey:<\/strong> Entwicklung einer Roadmap vom ersten Kontaktpunkt (Awareness) bis zum Kaufabschluss (Conversion).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leitidee:<\/strong> Unter dem Claim \u201eDein Garten. Ein W\u00fcrfel. 30 Tage zum Ernten.\u201c entwickelten wir eine Kampagne, die Technologie mit dem menschlichen Bed\u00fcrfnis nach Natur verbindet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Launch-Planung<\/strong><br>Zus\u00e4tzlich erarbeiteten wir einen Content-Plan f\u00fcr die vierw\u00f6chige Kick-off-Phase.
